Sea day 1 (part 2)

A migraine flits around, so taking tablets I slept for an hour.
Waking, I realised we had reached The Bay of Biscay, notorious for bad weather - it lived up to its reputation.
Seas are increasing to a 2.5 m swell and the winds are at 30 knots. We have been warned of 3m swell tomorrow with winds at around 40 knots so the ship will pitch quite a bit.
Wonder how many will be sea queasy?
We've sorted out what we're doing tomorrow;
10.30am: talk by Stephen Markeson, a photo journalist.
2pm: destination talk on Gijón
3.30pm: talk about women at war by an aviation historian.
In between we'll natter, um, natter and if time, natter.
Hopefully being a quiet day my migraine might break and I will be able to enjoy our first stop, Oporto.
